Through the years, this renowned gourmet restaurant, situated in the heart of historical Quebec, has become a sophisticated and warm establishment where the qualification of distinctive does not only in refer to the kitchen, but also extend to the ambiance and the décor in a point such as Sir Paul McCartney and his band decided to take their only dinner at the Saint-Amour at the occasion of their legendary concert held in Quebec City in July 2008.
